Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping:

We want to ensure you get your gear quickly and reliably. Here's what you can expect:

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed and shipped during business hours on weekdays, excluding holidays. Please allow for 2-5 business days for processing. 
  • Delivery Time: Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days after processing time within the Continental US. Outside of the Continental US may be subject to longer shipping timeframes.

International Shipping:

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed and shipped during business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Please allow 2–5 business days for processing.
  • Delivery Time: Shipping typically takes 5–25 business days after processing, depending on the destination and carrier.
  • All International Sales Are Final: We do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders.

Customs, Duties & Taxes:

  • International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees determined by your country.
  • These charges are not included at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer.
  • The shipping carrier (DHL, UPS, FedEx, etc.) will contact you directly to collect these fees prior to delivery.

 IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ BEFORE ORDERING

  • If duties and taxes are not paid, the shipment will be returned to us by the carrier.
  • In the event a package is returned due to unpaid customs fees:
    • Shipping costs are non-refundable
    • Return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund
    • We are not responsible for additional charges incurred
  • We do not reship returned international orders.

Order Tracking:

  • After your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Responsibility:

  • Manifest Competition Wear is not responsible for lost or damaged packages once they leave our facility. Please contact the shipping carrier for any issues with delivery.
